- Maximilian (founder) and potentially the person best placed to help. Nobody outside ChaCha.
- How long do we keep the message?
- For as long as we are in contact and as legally required (retention periods for business correspondence).
- Will I automatically receive newsletters or marketing?
- No. Newsletter is a separate sign-up (double opt-in). No marketing comes from the contact form.
