Impact data for your corporate partners
Your impact proofs feed into the ESG/CSR/sustainability reports of your corporate partners — opening the door to higher B2B donations without extra reporting effort.
Co-design and early visibility
Your requirements feed directly into platform development — monthly pilot roundtables, direct founder contact. You will be prominently positioned and communicated alongside ChaCha.

We start with a manageable number of pilot partners — deliberately small, so we can accompany each organisation personally, understand your requirements, and mature the platform together with you.

We will open the NGO programme step by step for more organisations. Pilot partners retain preferential status — you are not a transitional status, you are the first.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What does ChaCha cost us?
- For pilot partners: 0% platform fee — permanently. Your donors see exactly that 100% reaches your project. Premium features are included for pilot partners at no cost.
- How long does onboarding take?
- 1–2 weeks, depending on the availability of your documents and project planning. We support the process.
- Can we migrate existing donor relationships?
- Yes. GDPR requires that your donors actively give new consent — we support you with ready-made email templates.
- What happens to our data if we want to stop?
- Full data export, then deletion in accordance with GDPR. Donation data is subject to statutory retention obligations (§ 147 AO, 10 years).
- Can we work without milestones?
- Yes. With milestones you get the full impact proof and 100% pass-through via the escrow model. Without milestones, the project runs as a classic donation project — this is clearly labelled on the platform so donors can see what level of transparency they are getting.
- Do we get reports for our funders and board?
- Yes. Real-time dashboards, plus exportable PDF reports for the board, supervisory board, or major funders.
- Are in-kind donations possible?
- Not in the pilot phase. We start with cash donations in EUR. We will review in-kind donations for a later expansion stage.
- Who verifies the impact proofs?
- ChaCha in the first instance. During the pilot phase we supplement this with independent spot checks to mature the process. Long-term: standardised verification.
