What happens when you submit.
- You get an automatic confirmation of receipt right away. We write the reply ourselves — no bot.
- Response usually within 1–3 working days.
- For whitepaper and press kit requests: we check and send the right documents manually.
What we do with your data.
- Who reads your message?
- Maximilian (founder) and potentially the person best placed to help. Technically, the message is delivered through our service providers for hosting, mailbox and e-mail delivery, who work only on our behalf.
- How long do we keep the message?
- Six months after our last contact, if no contract is concluded. After that we delete it. If a contract is concluded or the message is a business letter, we keep it for the statutory periods (up to 6 years).
- Will I automatically receive newsletters or marketing?
- No. Newsletter is a separate sign-up (double opt-in). No marketing comes from the contact form.
