Pilot phase: enquiries for organisations and partners

Every euro reaches the project. Verifiable.

How your donation works on ChaCha — from click to impact.

What your donation creates for you.

Digital donation receipt

Immediately after every donation — unique, permanent and tamper-proof. You see date, amount, recipient and status.

Your donation account

All donations at a glance. What is running, what is complete and what comes next.

Impact proof at project completion

For impact projects: proof that the project delivered what it promised. Directly in your account.

Updates on your projects

Optional, and you choose how to receive them — by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal.

What costs you nothing.

We say 100% — and we mean 100% for you. No processing fee, no administration charge, no hidden deductions. Nothing comes off your donation.

  • 100% of your donation goes to the project
  • Platform costs are carried by the Supporter Pool — not by you
  • You can voluntarily become an additional supporter, as a separate choice

You choose how you give.

Impact project or classic donation project?

Impact projects work with milestones and impact proof. Classic donation projects flow directly to the NGO, without a milestone model. Both are clearly marked.

Which topic?

Education, health, environment, social causes, emergency aid, animal welfare, sport & culture — you filter on the projects page.

What appears in the register?

In the public register every donation appears as an amount range with a day and a reference number — never with your name. We show the exact amount only if you agree for that donation. And you can object to the display at any time.

What you can rely on.

  • Verified NGOs — exemption notice, association register, ChaCha review
  • Impact projects with reviewed milestones — every proof traceable
  • Public register — every donation as an amount range with a day, without names; every impact proof traceable
  • Privacy by default — your data belongs to you; we never show names, show the exact amount only with your consent, and you can object to the display at any time
  • Mission Guardian + future independent auditors

Questions many donors ask.

Got questions? Here are answers to what donors most often ask us.

Do I get a donation receipt?
After every donation you get a donation receipt as a PDF, with your address on request. It is not a formal donation confirmation (Zuwendungsbestätigung). You also get the Digital Donation Receipt: proof of your donation, without your name.
What happens if an impact project fails?
Impact projects are built around documented milestones. We are preparing how funds are held until proof is provided and what happens if a milestone is missed. We will publish it as soon as it is final.
Can I donate anonymously?
Yes. Your name never appears in the public register. Up to a legal threshold we do not need identification; above certain amounts, anti-money-laundering law may require identification.
Which payment methods can I use?
Secure, regulated payment processing — credit card, SEPA direct debit and other established payment methods. You donate in EUR, without any extra technical app.
Can I support several projects at once?
Yes. Every donation runs separately — you can support as many projects as you like, in any amounts.
Can I donate regularly?
Yes. You can set up monthly or yearly donations — per project or as a sponsorship.
Where do I see my donation history?
In your donation account, at any time. Per donation: status, donation receipt, impact proofs.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. You can have your account and data deleted under GDPR at any time. We keep donation receipts for the statutory periods (up to 10 years) — we anonymize as soon as legally possible.
