The Supporter Pool exists to carry platform, network and payment costs, so that 100% of your donation reaches the project.
Voluntary contributions from supporters carry these costs for as long as the pool lasts. Nothing is deducted from your donation for them.
How the Supporter Pool works
Why does the Supporter Pool exist?
Every donation causes small costs: payment fees, network costs and platform costs. The pool exists to carry these costs so that your donation reaches the project in full.
How does it work?
Supporters add to the pool with a voluntary contribution, monthly or one-time. When a donation is completed, the pool books the costs for it. You can see every booking in the register above. The payment fee shown is an average for donations of this size.
Who can become a supporter?
Everyone who wants to support the ChaCha mission voluntarily. Your contribution carries the costs of donations, and the register shows what it is used for.
Join the Supporter Pool
With a voluntary contribution you help carry the costs of donations so that your donation reaches the project as completely as possible. You can follow how the platform is built. Contributions from €5, monthly or one-time.
Open to view, with privacy
The pool level, inflows by source, costs covered and the latest bookings are publicly visible. We hide sources with too few contributors, and contributions from individuals only appear with their consent. You can fetch the raw data through the public API without logging in.
